Shipping and Delivery:

 Customers who choose to have their items posted Express (no signature) give authority for the package to be left unattended at the delivery address. We will only be accountable for lost items if our postal company lost it in transit.

We ship orders twice a day, 9am and 4:30pm.

Any orders placed after 9am will be posted before 4:30pm that same business day. Any orders placed after 4:30pm, will be shipped the next morning at 9am.

We only ship with AUS POST, and delivery times given are only an estimate. We will not be accountable for late deliveries.

We take no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.

 

Returns:

Customers must pay for return post costs if item is wrong size. Item will be replaced with same item in preferred size, or if not available, item will be refunded for Store credit or a refund of amount of item. Item must be returned in new condition, unworn, with tags attached.

If item is faulty or damaged, item will be replaced, or if unavailable, customer will be re refunded with store credit or a refund. Item must be return in condition it was received. Customers will be reimbursed for shipping costs.

For returns on promotional items, including free items, the incorrect or faulty item will be replaced or refunded for store credit. The customer will not have to send in the promotional item, only the item needing to be replaced. If the promotion item is damaged, it will be replaced or refunded for store credit.

All returns we recommend be sent using Australia Post as we will not be responsible for lost items in transit.

Returns must be made within the time limit, which is 30 days from purchase.

Address Changes:

The shipping address for your order is shown in the checkout and on your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails. In the case of an incorrect address entered, address changes cannot be made until the order begins processing. FORESTWOOD.COM.AU cannot guarantee all address change requests. We highly recommend emailing our team as soon as possible to help get the delivery address changed via AUS POST
